2:14 PGas you know, today is Thursday 26th Feb. (: right? well, here our school have our FORM5 CCAs and PE every Thursday afternoon which is not so important for telling this. hee~ anyhow, our CCA today was trying to make the siew mai.
what can i say about it, WOW! DELICIOUS!! FANTASTIC! HAHAHA. =D yeah, true true. i dun lie meh. we tried to fold the wantan skin like the frozen siew mai in shops and put in the mixture or so called 'INTI', we usually call. haha. and then, we cooked them by two methods of cooking which were boiling and steaming.
And yes, we tried to eat! daaa~ HAHA. from our opinions, it is more tasty when it is to be cooked by steaming rather than boiling but it still had flavours though. really really, i tell you. (: and some of us said, lack of salt but for me it was fine. DELICIOUS!! and about the black pepper. HEHE. =P still nice to eat. (: and some of us said not spicy enough and that sort of things. and once again, for me, IT WAS DELICIOUS!! haha majal. =D
banar banar bah ne, NYAMAN BAH! naah, ckp melayu dah ku ne. HAHAHAHA. =D and the photo, SOON AS I GET THE PHOTO! heh~
FYI, we will sell the siew mai soon! =D

Introduction.
Askum && H E L L O ! ! The Food Lovers Project was first created on 28 February 2009.
It consisted of eight members excluding our teacher who teaches us to cook. Thank You, teacher! :)
It was created as to get better in our cooking since we're taking Food&Nutrition where we keep on trying, put some efforts (YES!) and succeed!
For the past few months, we had sold cupcakes and siew mai as our project. Lots of problem we had faced but it was still success! Thank God. :)
